Our commitment
We operate transparently and comply with consumer protections under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded, including acceptable quality and fitness for purpose where applicable. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit the application of the ACL.
Your rights
- If a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee you may be entitled to a remedy.
- We will assess claims promptly and offer repair, resupply, or refund where appropriate.
- These rights are in addition to any statutory rights you hold.
Bookings, Payment & Pricing
Bookings may be made online or in-studio. Prices for classes, passes and private lessons are as published and may change. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations & Refunds
Our standard cancellation terms:
- Class cancellations by a customer must be made at least 6 hours prior for a credit or transfer.
- Late cancellations and ***-shows may result in forfeit of the session or class credit.
- Refunds are considered in accordance with ACL and our internal policies; where a service is not provided as agreed, a refund or remedy may be offered.
Liability, Safety & Health
Participants attend classes at their own risk. You must disclose medical conditions and follow teacher guidance. We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise regime.

Complaints, Refund Requests & Notices
